LISTE ART FAIR BASEL 2021


For Liste Art Fair Basel 2021, Goswell Road is disrupting the fair experience with three strategically placed directional speakers, playing albums by three artists that blur the lines between art, activism, and music: Speaker Music, No Bra & Jardin.

Goswell Road is a non-profit artist-run space based in Paris, France, that was founded in 2016 by artist duo Ruiz Stephinson. The name originates from the road the artists lived on in London, before relocating to Paris, and is said to derive from the phrase “God’s Well,” which references the pagan practice of well-worship. With each show at the space a book is published and a bouquet of flowers is curated in parallel with the works shown.

This project for Liste Art Fair is kindly supported by the French Embassy in Switzerland.


In parallel to the fair, Goswell Road are curating a group show titled 'LIVING IN THIS EXQUISITE CORPSE' at La Residence de France in Berne, the official residence of the French Ambassador and his husband in Switzerland.


The show will run from September 17th to October 4th, 2021, and gathers togther artists, thinkers and musicians to consider collaboration and compromise. The artists invited are:


Archie Chekatouski, Raphaël Fanelli, Tarik Kiswanson, Tiphaine Larossa, Ingrid Luquet-Gad, le duo Ruiz Stephinson et Patrick Weldé.
